U.S. President Donald Trump’s media conglomerate Trump Media & Technology Group has filed applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for two new cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

According to an announcement from its Truth Social Funds division, the company plans to launch:

  • Truth Social Bitcoin & Ether ETF

The filings are not yet effective and remain subject to regulatory approval.

The funds are being developed alongside Crypto.com, which would provide custody, liquidity, and staking services if approved. Investors would access the ETFs through broker-dealer Foris Capital US LLC, with each product expected to charge a 0.95% management fee.

ETFs aim to track BTC, ETH and CRO performance

The proposed Bitcoin and Ether ETF would track the combined performance of Bitcoin and Ether while also capturing staking rewards generated by Ether.

Meanwhile, the Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF would follow the performance of Cronos and incorporate staking income from the Cronos blockchain.

The move marks another step in Trump Media’s broader expansion into digital assets. The company previously announced partnerships to launch “Made in America” ETFs combining crypto exposure with traditional sectors such as energy and has also accumulated hundreds of millions of CRO tokens as part of a treasury initiative.

Spot Bitcoin ETFs continue to see outflows

Despite the new filings, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have struggled to attract sustained inflows.

Data from SoSoValue shows four consecutive weeks of net outflows, including about $360 million withdrawn in the most recent week.

Large recent withdrawals included:

  • $817.9 million on Jan. 29

  • $509.7 million on Jan. 30

  • $544.9 million on Feb. 4

Some inflow days occurred — including $561.9 million on Feb. 2 and $371.1 million on Feb. 6 — but overall flows remained negative across late January and early February.
