Michael Saylor Wants Joe Rogan Bitcoin Podcast Appearance

Michael Saylor shoots his shot for Joe Rogan spot: ‘Let’s talk about Bitcoin’
MicroStrategy co-founder Michael Saylor has publicly expressed his interest in appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience, the world’s most popular podcast, to discuss Bitcoin.
On May 31, Saylor posted on X (formerly Twitter): “Hey @joerogan, let’s talk about Bitcoin,” replying to a fan account asking who they’d like to see on Rogan’s show.

The Bitcoin community erupted with excitement. Popular Bitcoiner The Bitcoin Therapist said, “This interview will shatter the internet.” Crypto analyst Kook told their 164,200 followers, “Saylor is going to Bitcoin pill Joe Rogan.” Meanwhile, commentator Brandon MacDougal added, “For the first time ever, I’ll be watching a Joe Rogan podcast if Saylor is there.”
Rogan has often talked about crypto and Bitcoin on his show. In an October 2023 episode with OpenAI’s Sam Altman, Rogan said Bitcoin fascinated him the most among all cryptocurrencies, calling it “the most likely to become a universal viable currency” because of its limited supply.
Although Rogan hasn’t yet responded to Saylor’s invitation, the idea isn’t far-fetched. Even in Bitcoin’s early days, Rogan featured guests like Andreas Antonopoulos to discuss the digital currency when it was trading under $1,000.
Saylor’s company, MicroStrategy, currently holds about 580,250 Bitcoin, valued at over $60 billion, according to Saylor Tracker.

Recently, Saylor speculated why Bitcoin hasn’t yet hit $150,000, pointing to short-term holders selling off, while a new wave of long-term investors enters the market. “I think we’re going through a rotation right now,” Saylor explained on the Coin Stories podcast on May 9.
If Saylor does land a Rogan interview, many believe it could spark massive global attention and bring Bitcoin into even more mainstream conversations.
